Shipping policy  

Delivery time is 15 days. 

The cost of delivery is not included into the price of sofas and is paid separately. It will be added to your cart at check-out. 

 

Delivery

- Someone who is authorized by you should be present at home during the pre-arranged delivery window to receive the furniture.
- A signature is mandatory after delivery to confirm the correct and undamaged receipt of your order.
- A telephone number is required for delivery scheduling of all orders.
- Delivery companies are unable to perform any changes to a customer's home, such as mounting an item to a wall or removing narrow doors to fit the furniture.
- The delivery team is not responsible for moving or disassembling any existing items. Your room must be prepared to receive the delivery when the team arrives.

 

Warranty and Claims

We care about your satisfaction with Lakkee furniture. We want your experience with the purchase to be as smooth as possible.
All products delivered from Lakkee must be fully inspected for defects and damage at the time of delivery. Delivery person must be notified with detailed description of any defect or damage upon the delivery.

Our products include warranty covering solely factory defects for 30 days after acceptance of the merchandise. For filing warranty claims please send clear photos to lakkee@lakkee.com for review prior to determination to be made by Lakkee technical specialist. All original packaging and contents must be kept in tact for claims processing. The warranty is non-transferable and granted to original purchasing customer exclusively.
